New Transport Hub

The Task:

With C.A.B. Freight moving premises to a new site, they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a new office unit complete with a full set up for a transport hub

After consulting with our Design Team, The Contractor commissioned Asset Accommodation to provide a full site accommodation for a New transport Hub Facility

Project Feature:

  1.  2 No. New 40’ x 12’ Linked Units
  2. Double Insulated Walls
  3. Fully Fitted Data Rail
  4.  Fully Fitted Kitchen
  5. No. Toilets
  6. Personal Office
  7. Meeting Room
  8. To Install a protected Barrier Under and between the units
  9. Another used Anti Vandal Unit for their Drivers Hub

The Solution:

Asset Accommodation supplied the contractor our New Standard Luxury Units Along A fully fitted kitchen, meeting room, large office, personal office, storage area & 2 No. Toilets. C.A.B. Freight also finished the unit y linking the 2 units together through the hallway & then placing a plywood trim under the units.

The Asset Accommodation bespoke layout and high Modern Finish created a bright and spacious office environment that also helped to maintain COVID – 19 guidelines.


The finished Units were fully equipped with the following:

  • LED Lighting
  • 1.5 Kw Panel Heaters
  • Vinyl Floor Covering
  • 13 Amp Double Sockets
  • Network Sockets
  • 85 mm insulated Walls
