The Task:
With Site Mate looking at creating a new office and shop space, they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a New High Range “Luxury Portable Office”. This was used to help alleviate space in warehouse by provide an outdooor office space to give more space to stock.
After consulting with our Design Team and consulting where best to place their new cabin, Sitemate commissioned Asset Accommodation to provide a 12 m x 3.6 m Luxury Portable for a New Office Facility.
The Solution:
Asset Accommodation supplied the contractor our New Luxury Portable Cabin. This Came internally divided onto 3
different spaces. The entrance lobby way that served as a access point for all of the office, this held also a kitchenette facility with a store. It also had 2 offices, 1 large office for the shop staff to operate and another private manager office.
The Asset Accommodation bespoke layout and highly Modern Finish created a bright and spacious office
environment.
The finished Units were fully equipped with the following:
• Large UPVC Double Glazed Windows
• LED Lighting
• 1.5 Kw Panel Heaters
• Vinyl Wood Block Flooring Throughout
• 13 Amp Double Sockets
• Highly Insulated Walls
• Vinyl Faced Finished Internally
• PVC Skirting
• Network Sockets
• Enclosing the end of the unit after completion of steps.
