The Task:
With Marigot looking at creating a new office space for themselves as a meeting room / induction room for their offices, they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a New High Range “Luxury Modular Building”
After consulting with our Design Team Maritgot commissioned Asset Accommodation to provide a 12 m x 6 m Modular Building for a New Office Facility.
The Solution:
Asset Accommodation supplied the contractor our New Luxury Modular Building. This Came internally divided onto 3
different spaces. The entrance office to be finished by wooden flooring with a kitchenette upon entering. Then there
is a wheelchair accessible toilet. And into a large open space with a large window looking upon a view of the whole
bay. This unit come fully plastered and painted with the client being able to choose the colour of wall and skirting.
The Asset Accommodation bespoke layout and highly Modern Finish created a bright and spacious office
environment.
The finished Units were fully equipped with the following:

• 1.5 Kw Panel Heaters
• Vinyl throughout
• 13 Amp metal Double Sockets
• Highly Insulated Walls
• Plaster Faced Finished Internally

• Enclosing the end of the unit after completion of steps.
