The Task:
As KLM were looking to relocate to a new office facility, they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a large scale modular building.
After consulting with our design team, Asset Accommodation were commissioned to provide a Modular Building to be used as a large hub for their staff. What they were provided was a up to date set up that was designed to meet their needs.
The Solution:
Asset Accommodation supplied the KLM our High Quality Steel Framed Modular Building Along with a fully fitted canteen / Kitchen, large offices, multiple personal office, storage area, hot desk stations, meeting room, multiple bathrooms including wheelchair accessible, all with a suspended ceiling. KLM Chose the modular building route as this helps them to keep their options open in possibility of relocating in the future, with Asset helping to meet their needs and wants to wherever they go and grow to in the future. To help keep costs down, KLM also installed a boiler system that helps eliminate water heaters and panel heaters throughout the unit to save on electricity.
The Asset Accommodation layout and highlighted our efficiency to provide a Finish that created a bright and spacious office environment.

KLM Then completed their new compound with a separate modular building for their yard workforce complete with a canteen, foreman office, toilet and changing room facility.
