The Task:
With Atlantic Marine and Towing looking at creating a new office space for themselves, they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a New High Range “Luxury Modular Building”
After consulting with our Design Team and figuring out the logistics of bringing the unit and offloading on an Island, Atlantic Marine & Towing commissioned Asset Accommodation to provide a 12 m x 3.6 m Modular Building for a New Office Facility.
The Logistics:
Asset Accommodation Began Ordering the various materials and consulting with our multiple subcontractors needed for a high quality finish for this project.
On week 11, with all the permits through for this unit, we began transporting this unit from Dublin to the very end of Cork. We the units arriving at 6 am along with a large crane with spreader bars, we then had to use 4 No. ferry boats both ways to transport all equipment needed for offloading and completing the unit on site.
The Solution:
Asset Accommodation supplied the contractor our New Luxury Modular Building. This Came internally divided onto 3 large office spaces by glazed partitioning. The front office to be finished by wooden flooring giving to the carpeted flooring in the private offices. This unit come fully plastered and painted with the client being able to choose the colour of wall and skirting.
The Asset Accommodation bespoke layout and highly Modern Finish created a bright and spacious office environment.
The finished Units were fully equipped with the following:

- Recessed LED Lighting
- 1.5 Kw Panel Heaters
- Wooden floor & carpet throughout
- 13 Amp metal Ext Double Sockets
- Metal Ext Network Sockets
- Highly Insulated Walls
- Plaster Faced Finished Internally
- Vinyl Faced Plasterboard
- Wooden Skirting
- Emergency Lighting Throughout
