The Task:

With Annesley Williams looking to expand their business with a new car dealership. they approached Asset Accommodation about providing a New High Range “Luxury Car Showroom”

After consulting with our Design Team Annesley Williams tasked Asset Accommodation with delivering a 18 m x 9 m Modular Building that will connect to the original warehouses.

The Solution:

Asset Accommodation supplied the Annesley Williams our Luxury Car Showroom Modular Building. This Came internally divided onto 4 different office spaces with closing blind partitions, a wheelchair toilet and kitchenette for customers to have a coffee. The entrance of the unit being a car showroom with large windows to see from the road, and placed with high quality contract flooring to support the weight of cars. The building is also connected to the large warehousing facility on either side for a service department & car showroom.

The Asset Accommodation bespoke layout and highly Modern Finish created a bright and spacious office environment.

The finished Units were fully equipped with the following:
